The Office of Project Support Services organizes and helps preparing for the reviews that advance the Laboratory’s large scientific and facility projects.
Many of these projects are subject to DOE order 413.3B, which provides a well-defined formal structure for managing large projects. We also assist other multi-million dollar projects that are not subject to this order but still require a formal project management system in order to be successful.
